PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Project coordinator. Project Coordinator will be responsible for support in execution of Ecosystem Loyalty Program projects.
Job description:
- Deliver a high-quality and efficient project coordination service to internal and external parties;
- Coordinate and support execution (including planning and monitoring) and coordinate all aspects of the project on a daily basis;
- Coordinate the execution of plans - time, scope, budget, quality, resource - for streams of the Loyalty Program with each business asset involved (PH);
- Facilitate and manage all necessary project ceremonies to ensure transparent internal and external communication on status of activities/streams;
- Track KPIs and critical milestones, raise red flags if requires and align with related stakeholders and team members on mitigation plans;
- Report regularly to the Leader on progress and prepare reports/presentations to higher management;
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant field;
- Availability of PMI certification (PMP), Prince 2 or the other PM certification;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
- Vendor management skills;
- Vivid savviness and curiosity in business technology
- Knowledge of software development processes, and service delivery a plus;
