SOCAR Head Office is looking for an Expert for Corporate Governance Center.

Main job responsibilities:
- Taking part in the process of development of corporate governance mechanisms within SOCAR Group, including corporate standards (policies);
- Taking part in the process of developing audit, ethics & compliance mechanisms and corporate structures for SOCAR Group;
- Taking part in the process of evaluation of corporate governance maturity level of Group companies;
- Assisting the approval process of related party transactions, as well as transactions of special importance; 
- Taking part in the process of incorporation & liquidation of legal entities (subsidiary, JV, associate companies), as well as developing corporate governance mechanisms for such legal entities;
- Preparing presentations, organizing meeting and maintaining any associated action logs
 
Job requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s

degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance);
- Degree in abroad is a privilege;
- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in corporate governance area;
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to develop new approaches to resolve complex issues;
- Strong work ethics, problem solving;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
