We’re excited to launch BCG FutureHer Talent Program — a BCG program designed for talented students from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan graduating in 2026.
Over three months, participants will:
Receive mentorship and professional development guidance
Build a regional network of ambitious, like-minded students
Opportunity to receive a Visiting Associate offer

Online assessment: early January 2026
HR interviews: January 2026
Program runs: March 1 – May 31, 2026
