ibis Baku City Hotel is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to support the daily operations of the Finance Department. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in an international hospitality company.

Main Responsibilities

Support daily finance operations

Process and organize primary financial documentation (invoices, acts, delivery notes)

Issue and register electronic invoices via the tax system

Check the accuracy of financial data and document details

Assist with reconciliations with suppliers and internal departments

Perform administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Financial Controller

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic English

Interest in the hospitality industry and motivation to grow within an international brand
