Logistics Intern (Paid Internship)

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Fluency in Azerbaijani;

• Good command of English and Russian languages;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare logistics and transportation documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, CMRs, Authorization Letters, Official Letters, and Contracts;

• Process and manage orders within the 1C system;

• Obtain import approvals and relevant documentation;

• Prepare and maintain operational reports;

• Compile and update logistics matrices;

• Work with logistics and transportation portals/databases, including LLK, ALLIANCE, and ADY platforms.
