We are looking for a Motion Designer who owns the video from storyboard to final render, and works with AI as part of the production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce motion videos for digital, SMM, OLV and TV: from brief and script to storyboard, animatic and final cut
• Edit live-action footage: assembly, color, titles, subtitles
• Handle the audio track at a basic level: sync and place voice-over, music and SFX, keep levels consistent across all formats
• Build adaptations for all formats and platforms: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, and 6 / 15 / 30 sec versions
• Animate key visuals and graphics strictly within the client's brand guidelines
• Create original graphics: icons, typography, infographics, brand elements
• Use AI to generate references, frames, backgrounds and video elements
• Keep one consistent visual style across the campaign and across the brand
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of commercial experience in motion design and video editing
• Confident After Effects, beyond templates: animation, expressions, tracking, keying, render setup
• Confident Premiere Pro. Illustrator and Photoshop at the level of building graphics from scratch, not only fixing files
• Real hands-on experience with AI tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo) — the ability to bring AI-generated material up to broadcast and client-ready quality
• A portfolio of motion work: we look at typography, timing, rhythm and editing
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and handle client revisions without losing quality
• Ability to run several projects in parallel and meet deadlines
• Experience with tenders and pitches: fast animatics, moodboards, presentation videos
• Understanding of the shooting process — what is worth filming and what is cheaper to build in graphics
• Comfortable working with voice-over: timing, sync, levels and clean takes. Full sound design is not required — audio work on our projects is minimal
