We’re focused on the US market, starting with high-intensity operators (students, founders, early-stage teams) and expanding into broader knowledge-work workflows over time.

The role

We’re looking for a part-time Growth Operations Associate to support our growth engine through research, outreach operations, and pipeline hygiene. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys structured execution, fast learning, and turning messy inputs into clean outputs.

You’ll work directly with the founder and partner, and closely with an Operations PM on systems, tracking, and prioritization.

What you’ll do

Research target accounts, partners, and stakeholders

Maintain outreach trackers and follow-ups

Keep pipelines, spreadsheets, and docs clean and usable

Support structured execution across growth initiatives

Send concise daily/weekly summaries (what moved / what’s next)

 

What we’re looking for

Exceptional English (written and verbal) skills

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Strong research skills

Excellent Communication skills

Fast learner, structured thinker, self-driven

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred: Experience or interest in Human Resources

 

Details

Remote and Part-time (project, and task based)

Flexible schedule, consistent output

Contract role, paid

Initial term through May 31 (with 2 weeks probation period)

Scope and compensation may grow based on performance

Compensation

Base salary (400-600 AZN) + Bonus based on KPIs and success milestones
