For 48 hours, you’ll work in small teams on real operational challenges. Not hypothetical case studies but actual problems that need sharper systems, better flows, and smarter automation.
You’ll brainstorm, build, test, break things, fix them, and get feedback from mentors who know what it takes to ship under pressure. By Sunday, you won’t just have slides. You’ll have something working.
