As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing integrated marketing initiatives that support SABAH.HUB’s mission to empower startups and strengthen Azerbaijan’s innovation ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, content, and external partners, to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time, aligned with strategic objectives, and consistent with our brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Leading content planning and creative production processes
• Managing digital marketing activities, including SEO, SMM, email marketing, CRM, and website updates
• Collaborating with designers and content creators to maintain quality and consistency
• Overseeing influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships
• Tracking timelines, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs
• Preparing reports and providing insights to optimize marketing effectiveness
• Supporting the execution of events, promotional materials, and outdoor advertising
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including branding and digital marketing
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
• Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, email marketing, and digital tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven mindset
